*Onsite Registration will not be available.

When is the event?

o February 4-5, 2026 at The Bow Sky Garden, 500 Centre Street S, Calgary AB T2G 0E3, 54^th floor
o Delegate check-in will begin at 7:30am each day, and opening remarks will begin at 8:45am each day.

Ticketing & Registration

o All participants must register prior to January 30th to attend this event
o To register you will need a name, email, company information and opt-in information for sharing contact details with event delegates and event sponsors and dietary restrictions/requirements.
o You can register up to 10 individuals via the website. If you are registering a group larger than 10 people, please complete the group registration form online and an event representative will be in contact to process your registration. 
o Name changes and substitutions are allowed but must be requested by email at least 5 days prior to the event (January 30, 2026). To request a transfer please email [email protected].
o Refunds are subject to the CEGA refund policy.

Venue

o The event registration desk will be in the lobby of The Bow building. Once delegates are checked in, they can proceed to the event space.
